Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2024 Travel Tackle Football

Please see the below refund policy for 703 United Youth Sports for Tackle Football: Prior to July 1: Full Refund minus administrative costs of $25. After team assignment and equipment hand-out (typically mid-July), $100 refund. The refund will not be processed until all 703 United Equipment is returned to the league. After August 1, 2024: No refunds will be issued. All requests for registration cancellation and refunds must be sent to board@703united.org. There is no cost to join the team. Please note that we are a voluntary based youth sports organization.

703 United Youth Sports operates as a 501c3 nonprofit organization. We keep registration costs as low as possible while still offering an excellent experience for players. Prior to the season we use player registration fees to fun our operating budget, which includes uniforms, equipment, field Maintenace, and league fees, among other annul expenses. In order to operate our organization needs player fees prior to the season. Because of this, refunds are only issued prior to April 10th, refunds are not issued if a player decides to voluntarily not participate. In the case of injuries that prevent the player from playing, refunds may be issued after that date and are evaluated by the members of the Board. By registering and paying for the season, you agree to the refund policy. Please contact our board if you have any questions.
