Girls Flag Football
Welcome to 703 United Girls Flag Football League!
Flag football is one of the fastest-growing sports in the country, offering young athletes an exciting, fast-paced, and team-oriented way to stay active while building confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills. At 703 United, we’re proud to launch our second year of an all-girls flag football league, and we’re excited to continue growing and strengthening the girls flag football platform in our community.
Designed for young female athletes ages 8 through high school, our league empowers girls to step onto the field with confidence, compete, and shine. We offer an inclusive, supportive, and competitive environment where players learn the fundamentals of the game, sharpen their skills, and build a lifelong love for football.
Younger teams will consist of up to 9 players, and our 6v6 format ensures every athlete stays involved, touches the ball, and develops on both sides of the game. High school age teams will play under VHSL rules.
With high schools across the region officially adding girls flag football programs, 703 United is excited to welcome high school–aged athletes into the league. This division is ideal for girls looking to sharpen their skills, stay game-ready, and prepare for high school team tryouts, while competing in a structured environment led by experienced coaches.
As we continue to grow, 703 United is also actively seeking additional coaches who are passionate about mentoring and developing young female athletes. Whether you have football experience or a strong desire to lead, teach, and inspire, we welcome coaches who want to help build the future of girls flag football.
Whether your athlete is new to the game or preparing for the next level, 703 United Girls Flag Football is where confidence is built, skills are developed, and girls learn to compete—together.
